How It was all started
It was all started during my tropical island vacation. While I was taking my shower, I realized that there is a caution sign “Don’t drink water from the faucet”. I tried to keep my mouth shut and make it quick, When I came out of the shower, just before I was able to dry my face, a tiny drop of water found its way to my mouth.
After a short burst of a panic attack, I rush to the kitchen faucet to wash my mouth; however, the same caution sign was there too! It was everywhere! Then I realized that it is already too late. I sat down and called the front desk to ask for help.
“Don’t worry Sir! Statistically, you should be fine, but don’t you ever do that again” Said the gentleman at the front desk. He was not really assuring and left me wondering what is wrong with the water. Having a Ph.D. I learned that Statistics could tell you whatever you want it to tell!
Anyway, Long story short, I end up in a local hospital two times, one for
Temporomandibular Disorders! (it was a fancy word the doctor used for my jaw’s muscle cramp) and the other time for stress and anxiety! Imagine that! I was the first and probably the only case of stress and anxiety on that beautiful calm island!
When I came back from my ruined vacation, I couldn’t find a simple portable kit that can tell me if the water is safe to drink or not. I gathered friends and pitch them with the idea of having portable kits to test your water while you are travelling and here we are now with our web-store that you are looking at right now.
