Instructions

Fill your container with water from any freshwater source (lake, pond, river, puddle) and put the ceramic filter inside. Squeeze the ball valve to pump water out of the filter. The unfiltered container should be higher than filtered water container, for example you can hang the container on a branch or put it on a table and keep the clean container on the ground for continuous flow.

Clean the filter cartridge surface with clean water and apply the provided abrasive paper if there were visible buildup.

Never use detergent to clean the ceramic filter.

Please AVOID THE DIRECT SUN LIGHT when you are using this filter!

Lifetime

Filter cartridge needs to be replaced after its 7000L (1849 gallons). 

If you are a frequent user, replacement time is roughly 6 months. Use the provided device to determine if it is the time to change.

Replace filter is any breakage, cracks, or holes appear on the ceramic surface.

Connect the silicone hose with ceramic cartridge and valve device, as shown in the picture.

Cleaning method

Remove the shelter from the filter

Brush and clean ceramic cartridge softly with abrasive paper under flowing water until new surface is revealed

Install the shelter back to the ceramic cartridge, squeeze and release the bulb a few times to suck the water until the water coming again.
